Sunday 24th april Went looking for shorty's & on way passed a little owl..strike 1 Sat watching 3/4 shorty's..strike 2 Passed a tree with a tawny looking down at me ( my first found tawny & bonus being not dark..last tawny i was "shown" & in the darkness ) really chuffed..strike 3 I was now desperate to see a barn owl to make it 4 owl species, I rang my partner at 8pm asking her if I could have half hour more. She had cut both lawns cleaned the garage then filled the brown bin with cuttings & started making my tea,but it was i who had the hard job in locating a barn owl. It's now getting dark & close to 9pm dead line so I set off home feeling dejected but then I see a white heart shaped face perched on a post..bingo strike 4 at 8.52pm. My best barn owl ever! |

I like your style, Andy. However, whether your partner ever says "Yes" could be questionable!! |
