Thanks Freddy and yes Terry I am still on the pill and hope to be till its of no use
Had one of the best birthdays in a long time due to lots of cards and plenty of presents from family and friends, also got a party thrown in as well, thankfully there was only nine candles to blow out and I had help with those.
It was a welcome tonic after recent weeks with the Crohn's flaring up fairly regular.
Hoping to visit my favourite coastal site (GH) soon, fingers crossed.
