After Tony Blaydon and John Badley's interview at Freiston on yesterday's Look North, another LBC member got a mention during the banter swap between Peter Levy and Paul Hudson on this evening's show. Me!
After Peter mis-pronouncing the word 'plover' on yesterday's programme (he pronounced it to rhyme with 'clover'), I sent him a pictorial compendium of the most common plovers in Britain with both winter and breeding plumage where necessary. I included pics of;
Ringed Little Ringed Northern Lapwing Grey Plover Golden Plover Dotterel Kentish Plover
Oh Paul...... I swoon over your cheeky grin and your general character..... ** THUD **
