Regarding the replacement for Bill Oddie as Springwatch presenter : We could even get that other over-exposed and under-talented BBC employee - JONATHAN ROSS! Who knows, he may well push Natural History family connections to land the job (Ross's Gull, Ross's Goose, etc.) I am sure he would relish a one-off Springwatch nature visit to a well known local Sewage Treatment Works where he would quite literally enjoy going through the motions in the hope of picking up BRAND new material for his Friday Night TV programme - although it's already said to be brimming with undiluted excritement (sorry, my typing finger slipped - I meant undiluted excitement.....I think.) Regards, Freddy |
