2 Black Swans at Kenwick Park near Louth on 10th May, I wonder if this is where some of the recorded birds are coming from. I had singles at Saltfleet Paradise pool,Huttoft Pit and Gib Pt. in the last few months. Do they breed at Kenwick Park? Geoff |

I don't know if they breed at Kenwick Park but there have been two there for at least two or three years. |

There was the usual pair of black swans on the St Peter's pool in Bourne on 17 March this year with 4 downy cygnets. Vin |

4 juvenile Black Swans in the pond at the back of Bourne Park. They do not look like this years, they are too big, but still not adult plumage (Still brown/black). Local tells me they have been around on and off for months! 1 Adult still in Elsea Park area (With pair of Mutes). Anyone in the Bourne area know there history? Would be interesting to know more details. Thanks, Bob |
