We are a private house in the Sussex countryside that do holiday lets. We are also within 10 minute from Pagham Harbour and Pagham Nature Reserve, which is home to hundreds of birds.
We are also only 20 minute drive from Arundel Nature Reserve, again home to hundres of birds. Chichester Harbour, Bosham Hoe and Emsworth are all within 10 minute drive from our house.
All these areas are of outstanding natural beauty and are a bird watchers paradise.

Large family kitchen, large family room, large sun lounge with a dining table to sit 10 people comfortably. We also have just over 7 acres of land, of which 3 acres is an old roman copse with a bomb hole filled with water. We get a variety of animals and bird life in our garden to sit and watch.
