Adult bird seen on Gib Point beach 010916 Ringing Scheme: London Ring Number: DK10779 Species of bird: Sandwich Tern (Sterna sandvicensis) This bird was ringed by BTO Research Group as age at least 2 years, sex unknown on 06-Jun-2016 19:03:00 at Scolt Head Island, Norfolk, UK OS Map reference TF8146 accuracy 0, co-ordinates 52deg 58min N 0deg 41min E accuracy 0. Colour Marks left below knee BW(KKC) It was found on 01-Sep-2016 time unknown at Gibraltar Point NNR, Lincolnshire, UK OS Map reference TF5558 accuracy 0, co-ordinates 53deg 5min N 0deg 18min E accuracy 0. Finding condition: Sight record by non-ringer Finding circumstances: Identified by Colour Ring(s) Extra Information: - It was found 87 days after it was ringed, 29 km from the ringing site, direction WNW.
