A Black-headed Gull observed on 28/12/16 towards the Wonderland end of Cleethorpes has been confirmed as originating from a Lithuanian ringing scheme.

Ringed 'after 3rd calendar year' north of Klaipeda, Lithuania on 31/03/2010. Sighting history as transposed from email:

10/04/2013 - Klaipeda, Lithuania. 2km distance, 1106 days after ringing
28/12/2016 - Cleethorpes, UK. 1377km distance, 2464 days after ringing (1182 days after first report)
