I found a Caspian Gull amongst the Gull flock this evening opposite North Building. A quick call to Kev Wilson soon had him on the scene. The bird was a long way off and in order to correctly age it it will be necessary to look carefully at the video that Kev took. However, it is most probably an advanced 3rd year bird.
An update will be posted in due course.
