could you be more specific on the type of bread used Chris? I wouldn't want to get there with some healthy wholemeal and find that it only eats Asda value loaves

The only time I've been to Grainthorpe Haven the track leading to it was upto the cars sills deep in mud. Is it best to drive there or park up at Horseshoe Point and walk back?

The Med Gull was such a willing contestant in the "Bread the Med" game that I'm going to stick my neck out here and predict that any choice of bread will be suffice. Even a Barton Proudfoot value loaf is unlikely to be turned down!

Max - I'm not sure what the present state is of the track leading up to Grainthorpe Haven. I viewed the RLB from Pyes Hall and the bird did generally favour that end of the marsh.

regards

Chris

2 Med Gulls at Cleethorpes boating lake this afternoon, a 1st winter and a 2nd winter.

Only quality Warburton's was used as the lure. The older bird didnt want any of it, whilst the 1st winter was in at every opportunity! Taste must change with age

Cheers
Matt
