Gym in question is the Princess Royal Sports Arena. I have now started taking my binoculars with me to workouts!

Most peculiar thing of the day was a lone Pied Wagtail had managed to fly in through the sliding doors and was flying up and down the ceiling 'cross-members' ( ? ) of the main entrance concourse! I mentioned this to the staff who said that it wasn't the first time it had happened. Suffice to say that this is the only entrant so far on my 'IN the Gym' list!

Loads of Pied Wagtails - I think there's a roosting point close by
Few Cormorants flying around
Kestrel hunting near Tesco
Small Goldfinch flock over fields
House Sparrows - lots around
Tree Sparrow - 1. A first for the Gym list!
Starlings - many
4 Blackbirds
Swallow - 2 heading south
Mute Swan in South Forty Foot
Coot in South Forty Foot
Moorhen in South Forty Foot
2 Mallards flying overhead
6 Black-headed Gulls
2 Herring Gulls
1 Greater Black-backed Gull
5 Jackdaws
2 Magpies

Usual Collared Doves and Woodpigeons
