Walked the beach from Skegness to Gib, including a 2 ½ hour Sea watch then checked scrub and bushes from Drake Road to Buckthorn Avenue.

Fewer thrushes about this morning on the outer ridges with
80 Fieldfare
20 Redwing
20 Blackbird
10 Song Thrush
4 Ring Ouzel at least
Mixed finch flock on beach held 20 Greenfinch, 1 Chaffinch, 10 Linnet and 2 Twite
4 Grey Partridge
6 Swallow flew north and 1 sensibly south

Sea Watch produced

Little Gull 341N
Kittiwake 72N
Gannet 58N and 17S
Bonxie 3N
Skua sp 1N
Red Throated Diver 4 on sea and 2N, 1S
Eider 7S
Common Scoter 140 on sea and 85N
Brent Goose 21N
Pinkfeet 2 skeins of 220 and 150 respectively heading towards Norfolk
Guillemot 9N 1S
Auk sp 12N

Still a few Brambling and Goldcrest about together with a drab looking Lesser Whitethroat
