A seawatch at the south end 0915-1115 with poor visibility during rain. Moving north were 430 Gannets, 18 Great Skuas, 8 Arctic Skuas, 3 Pomarine Skuas, 4 Sooty Shearwaters, 3 Manx Shearwaters, 10 Kittiwakes, 7 auks sp., one petrel sp., 10 Brent Geese, 130 Teal, 12 Wigeon, 4 Shelducks, 85 Common Scoters, 4 Velvet Scoters, Eider, Red-breasted Merganser and Red-throated Diver. Only 5 Redwings noted, the only other birds of note on the dunes being Ring Ouzel, 2 Bramblings, 2 Rock Pipits and 2 Swallows. GW and BC between Stonebridge and Pye's Hall recorded another Ring Ouzel, Icterine Warbler, Lesser Whitethroat, Mealy Redpoll, Hawfinch, 2 Curlew Sandpipers, Great Skua and Long-tailed Skua.
