RBA reports a Velvet Scoter also at Cov. this afternoon.

I found the Velvet scoter (A male) this afternoon. The bird flew past me and landed on the other side of the reservoir. I failed to re-locate the bird. I'll be back tomorrow as I missed the Red-necked Grebe and hopefully re-find the Scoter
