Apolgies for late posting.
Dipped on the Glossy Ibis today. Apparently it was seen flying from reserve around 10.15 (about twenty minutes before I arrived - typical) and had not returned by the time I left at 2pm.
However, there was consolation in a Great Northern Diver on the main lake; viewable looking out right from the hide, although always quite distant.
Also, lots of lovely Goldeneye present, two Little Grebe, one Great Crested Grebe, at least three Green Woodpecker, one Buzzard over, one Kestrel on the reserve and another two along the bank just away from it.
