A few recent sighting -
Grimsby Docks 20.10.14 (view from desk)
Lapwing - 45 (first sightings of autumn)
Shelduck - 50+
Black-Tailed Godwits - probably a couple of 1000 (but phonecall prevented full count)
Knot - 2000+
Curlew - 6
Little Egret - 2
Cleethorpes Country Park - 18.10.14
Common Gull = approx 50 (first seen for a few months)
Immingham (Laporte Road) - 17.10.14
Common Buzzard - 4 possibly 5.
There were 4 Buzzards circling above the road but there was a 5th large raptor higher and further away that looked different from the other 4. Would have had fabulous photos over my head but no camera with me (or bins).
