An early Hobby flew SW inland and a Marsh Harrier and Common Buzzard were hunting over the fields. Migrants between Stonebridge and the south end included a superb male Common Redstart, 2 Willow Warblers, 2 Chiffchaffs, 2 Common Whitethroats, 4 Yellow Wagtails, 2 White Wagtails, House Martin, 14 Swallows and a Ring Ouzel. Also seen were 57 Twite, 3 Little Ringed Plovers and 2 Ruffs. Another Ring Ouzel and 3 Wheatears were present in the horse paddock in Marsh Lane.
