There was a Yellow-browed Warbler in my garden in Marsh Lane in the early morning, and what was presumably the same bird was still present at 1635. Three more Yellow-browed Warblers were on the dunes at the south end, but more unusual was a very vociferous Cetti's Warbler south of the old coastguard cottages. Other highlights were 20 Robins, 3 Mistle Thrushes, 2 Song Thrushes, 2 Redwings, one Brambling, 2 Goldcrests, one Garden Warbler, 10 Lesser Redpolls, one Rock Pipit, one Greenshank, 4 Ruffs and one Water Rail.
