Hi Andrew. Thanks for taking time to look into improving Lincbirding Twitter Feed.
I'm no expert, far from it but wonder is there a Twitter tech. wizard amongs our Lincsbirding ranks?
Hope you dont mind me asking questions, I thought that I had been reliably informed that it was possible to have instant twitter messaging, without the need to constantly retweet.
Unfortunately the person who told me is out of country for some time but I will make some enquiries with Twitter to see if its possible and call you if/ when I get to know.
As for @Lincbirding receiving so much "spam/porn/adverts/self-publicizing" and why. I reallt don't understand that one either.
I've had 3 accounts over the years and apart from the occassinal advert, I don't get Spam/porn etc.
You also mention getting someone to sit in front of a PC 24 hours and wondered if that's necessary. Can't it be moderated using a mobile phone?
