A patch visit from first light resulted in an excellent 3 hours birding.

Highlights were:-

Tufted Duck 1f
Pinkfeet 27 over heading east
Sparrowhawk 1
Kingfisher 1
Redwing 1
Curlew 16
Woodcock 1
Goldcrest 1
Bullfinch 4m 1f
Great Spotted Woodpecker 1
Redpoll 1
Siskin approx 12
Water Rail
Goosander 2m 1f

Total of 42 species, not including an unusual flyover by the Boating Lake Barnacles (c60).

Full details to be added to Bird Track, Patch Birding and supplied to the Bird Club.
