A reply to Roy Harvey.

Yes, we did see the Ibis Roy, thanks to you and John Walker. I sent an email before I saw your post. We walked up the saltmarsh side and did indeed get a little wet and muddy. It didn't help that Sheila took a couple of tumbles.

On our way home we diverted to Legbourne and had excellent views of the Cattle Egret too. This was due to Russell Hays telling us where to look. Thanks Russ!

As far as we can tell yes it is. And yes to the second question as well, in that it is that particular lagoon in Donana.

We trekked down from Donna Nook and enjoyed good views of the GI, that was despite the MOD exploding munitions which had the effect of spooking the bird.

Also visited the Cattle Egret @ Legbourne - thanks to Dean Eades for the location.
