Where do think the Peregrine could have come from?

Thanks for your comments.
Peregrine is widely reported in first winter period although I accept that numbers are difficult to assess with such a mobile species.
There seems to be little hard evidence of passage recorded at either season as it is often difficult to distinguish from daily wanderings of wintering birds. However the species has always been regarded as a passage migrant as well as a winter visitor and I understand that Scandinavian birds pass through on migration. I personally have no late summer or autumn records at Freiston over many years but that may not be statistically of value.
Peregrine has come back with a vengeance since its catastrophic decline in the 1960's and not necessarily to traditional locations such as sea cliffs. Church towers and Power Station cooling towers to name just two so this is probably a bird from not too far away.
Many thanks for your reply.
