A visit between 0540 (when viewable) and 0630 highlights:

1 Black tern juv - on North Island within the merk and with 32 "other" Terns
1 Black-tailed Godwit
3 Green Sandpipers
3 Ringed Plover
3 Little Ringed Plover
1 Marsh Harrier
c300 Black-headed Gulls
c300 Greylag Geese
22 Herring Gulls
