Hi, Pectoral sandpiper - well marked juvenile showed well in front of the hide on the lagoon for just 30 seconds before flying off south calling at 07:20. Didn't relocate it on the reservoir. Greenshank - 69 (mostly on reservoir) Curlew sandpiper - 1 (lagoon) Swift - 1 Whinchat - 3 (wetland trail) Grey wagtail - 1 Yellow wagtail - 20 Willow warbler - 10 Chiffchaff - 3 Pied flycatcher - 1/2 along the track by the bird hide Ruff - 1 (reservoir) Peregrine - 1 Marsh harrier -1 Sparrowhawk - 1 Black-tailed godwit - ca. 1,000 Golden plover - ca. 1,000 John |
