I arrived at 11.00 and couldn't find a parking place. Rare to see even one other person here. Only thing to add to Ian's extensive list is a Green Woodpecker heard on the other side of the ploughed field and a single goose egg in the middle of the island!

I iguess we spoke briefly in the hide? I was there with Alex Lee's.....

Only thing to add was I counted c20 Swallows in the the works, and 5 buzzards. Thanks for the information on the Willow Warbler, we had 2 singing birds and a single Chiffchaff in the area you suggested.......

Yes twas me but you and Alex were engrossed in converation which I dare not repeat on line!

Only thing I forgot to add was a nice flock of about 100 Goldies at Old Somerby on the way home.
