Spoonbill present during my visit of 0645 to 1130 - best views were early from Fenella Hope hide (Tennyson Sands). Other highlights: Pintail pair 2 Chiffchaff near beach car park Couple of Blackcaps heard in the plantation 24 Avocet 30 Shoveler 21 Shelduck 2 Redshank 2 Oystercatcher Red Kite drifted over the dunes North to South at 1050 hrs then gained height going S. Others reported while I was there but not my records: Whimbrel, Brambling, Merlin. Thanks |
