No sign of the Garganey pair today so far, birds present:

Willow Warbler
Sedge Warbler
Whitethroat
Oystercatcher
Reed Buntings a few
Swallows several
Pochard x2
Gadwall x4
Shellduck several
Shoveller x2
plus the commoner ducks

With Terry & Eileen (from the other club) :lol:

Apologies for my attitude earlier russ,I may have been a bit brusque shall we say,dunno why, nice day an all that,I was the lad in the hide when you turned up. I'll not do it again,but feel free to smack me round the head next time I see you! Once again sorry.

Hi Keith

I have no idea what you are on about. I didn't notice anything brusque about your attitude and you certainly have nothing to be sorry for, but I'll accept your offer to smack you round the head if it pleases you. :lol:

Russell (should be in Majorca but holiday flight cancelled) :cry:

Checked in tonight at Fiskerton Fen and the Garganeys seemed to have moved on with the change in wind direction.
