Post subject:  RAF Coningsby 27 Aug - large Falcon

Whilst noticing out of the corner of eye a large mixed flock of corvids and gulls fleeing in disarray, large falcon passed overhead. Initial jizz too large for Peregrine and slow moving, quite streaky chest that was pale - ish. Broad wings and bulky body. Headed NW towards Kirkby pits.

c12 Yellow Wagtails still present (Pieds not liking them)
1 adult Wheatear, different to other nights bird (YW not liking it)
4 Skylarks

All feeding close together on small insects popping up in front of them - some looked like Grasshoppers.
