A walk across the patch this morning produced the following:- 4 Whooper Swans (2 adults & 2 juvs) flew E 36 Shovelers 1 female Goldeneye 334 Lapwings on winter wheat field W of mere 1 Willow Tit 3 Yellowhammers |

Andy Had 4 whoopers (2ad, 2juv) flying south down Trent at 08.55 today. Your birds maybe having taken east turn at Torksey Lock? Cheer Brian |

Brian, Mine flew E at about 10:30, most likely the same birds. |

Andy. What time roughly did you find the Whoopers?? The day shift guy at Waddington disturbed a large amount of Gulls on one of the dispersals and was surprised too see that 4 Swans came up through the middle of them!! Cheers Brian |

Brian, As I said in my posting, they flew E over Swanpool at 10:30. |
