3.00pm in a blizzard!

Good numbers of small passerines moving between hedge and Quinoa:

Chaffinch, Reed Bunting, Yellowhammer (at least 20), Siskin, Tree Sparrow (10+) and Linnet.

Flying over E to W: Mixed Corvids c170, S to N: Peregrine (juv.)

Retreated due to failing visibility and a bored dog.

Again 02/12/10 late - "mist rolling in":

Many more Yellowhammer and Reed Bunting, mist ruined count. Also at least 30 Skylark sitting in the snow.
