Very high water levels in all areas of scrape, only 10 foot from front of hide & 1st reedbed witnessed today, as a newbie to the site not sure if this is normal at this time of the year? Mixed clear patches and heavy snow showers while there.

Saw in around 90 minutes ......

Snipe - 3
Long Tailed Tit - 2
Blue Tit - 4
Great Tit - 8
Fieldfare - c100 - mainly along hedgrow along Viking Way adjacent 2nd turf field.
Redwing - 1 - in with Fieldfares
Great Spotted Woodpecker (male) - 1
Mallard - 12
Teal - c25
Dunnock - 2
Blackbird - 8
Pheasant - 5
Greylag Goose - c40 - more heard in reedbed down from hide
Kestrel - 1
Shoveller - 1
Reed Bunting - c30
Water Rail - 1
Pied Wagtail - 2
Grey Wagtail - 1
Robin - 1
Chaffinch - 3
Crow - c20 over
Lapwing - 1 over
