A couple of hours with friends Kev and Steve began rather mistily but the sun eventually shone through!

Great Spotted Woodpecker - 1
Great Tit - 4
Pied Wagtail - 2
Grey Wagtail - 3
Robin - 10
Wren - 12
Blackbird - 20 plus
Fieldfare - 30 plus
Mallard - 15
Greylag Goose - c200 over
Canada Goose - 6 at least in with Greylags upon checking some of my photo's
Chaffinch - 6
Teal - 6
Coot - 1
Blue Tit - 8
Water Rail - 6 - more visible now and all were close to the Viking Way
Stonechat - 2 - this was a pair
Snipe - 6
Greenfinch - 1
Carrion Crow - c25
Meadow Pipit - 6
Goldfinch - 12

Due to weather and the main area in front of the hide being flooded and frozen all birds apart from a few were seen in the reedbeds all the way along the Viking Way
