| Post subject: | Red Kites at Toft |
Returning home after a shopping trip to Stamford on Saturday 11th we saw 12 (twelve) red kites soaring circling and swooping over the golf course at Toft near to the hotel between 14.20 and 14 40. We parked in the hotel car park and watched them for 20 minutes. There were no binoculars in the car and so I cannot give tag details. I do not know how long they stayed as the family were anxious to move on. Very special sight that. J Stephenson |
