This afternoon I searched unsuccessfully for a flock of Twite that had been reported last week on the snowfields of Rippingale Fen but I did find a ringtail Hen Harrier which drifted across to Dunsby Fen. This is the first Hen Harrier that I've seen inland in South Lincs this winter and I have yet to see an SEO inland this year. Hugh Dorrington |
