Post subject:  Patch bits....

5 hours around the patch this a.m. produced the following:

2nd cal.yr. Common Crane(In stubble field to south of track,down towards the river,calling and dancing about briefly)
2nd cal.yr.female Osprey(In its fave tree to north of main track,eating a fish)
2 Green Sandpiper
1 juv. Whinchat
23 Common Buzzard(incl. 1 flock of 5 and 1 adult pale morph bird)
10 Kestrel
4 Marsh Harrier
juv. Peregrine
330 Linnet
207 Goldfinch
15 Whitethroat
8 Sedge Warbler
23 Yellow Wagtail
1 juv. Spotted Flycatcher
