Yesterday 1/9/11: 22 Curlew sands and 10 Little stint.

Today At least 30 Curlew sands. Most favour the little muddy islands at the North East corner of the reed bed. Walk down past the reed bed hide to nearly the end of that path, before reaching a junction, and the birds will be on your left. The best time is high tide. Today there were at least 25 there and another at least 5 along the same path but before you reach the reed bed hide.

Also 9+ Little stint, dunlin, ruff, greenshank.

Cheers Jonathan
