Perhaps my final visit of the year - from 10:35 until dusk - gloomy initially but clearing but remaining hazy white fronted goose 6 red throated diver 1 merlin 1 chiffchaff 1 teal c600 golden plover c700 lapwing c200 brent goose 1500 curlew 40 magpie 26 great tit 26 greenfinch c50 avocet 1 goldcrest 8 little egret 1 redwing 30 hawfinch per JPS velvet scoter as per JPS |

Just to add to the above for today: Little Gull - 15 south Common Scoter - 9 Lapland Bunting - 2 around Greenshanks Creek Pale-bellied Brent - 1 on the beach Paul. |
