Location: Knaith, Gainsborough
20 Oct Knaith River Trent 5.45-6.30pm

A lovely evening walk along the Trent bank produced:
2 Little egret flying north along the Trent
1 Barn owl hunting and brought in close by my 'squeaking mouse' impression (worked last winter on a SE owl too!)
Possible Noctule bat hunting over river.
Plenty of duck mostly Mallard and Teal around Knaith marsh.
