Just found 16 Waxwing feeding (1.30pm) on berry tree near the junction opposite the rail station in Barton..they headed off towards Tesco and are flying around the area..worth checking out the Rowan trees there as still some berries left on. Mandy |

I came across them on the way to school this morning in the same place. htey were atop the birch tree at the entrance to Castledyke near the bus staion. I alerted GPC but they departed as he arrived. |
