Reported Peregrine flying around Boston Stump Tower @ 11.30 today 8/1/13. Constant shrill chattering call. Three questions

1. Is this a solitary bird or are there a pair?
2. Not reported to be too dark or particularly large for Peregrine so can we assume this to be a
male?
3. Why all the excitement? If there are two and they are coming "under starters orders" ....
or are they once again thought to be birds that will return to Scandinavia? Its all down to you
now St Botolph!

I think it could be the same pair I saw regularly last year. I NEVER, EVER forget my bins when I'm in town shopping!
