There were fourteen Whooper Swans on Riverslea Pit just after mid-day to-day. No doubt just having a short rest on their way north so may not stay around for long. A Red Kite was also seen over the hide pit a little earlier. |

Looking at the photos there seems to be one Bewick's Swan amongst the flock. Alittle bonus especially as I had not seen either species this winter! |
