Very few waders behind Yacht club at high tide but Lots of Skylark, Mipits, Linnets and several Songthrush present in the morning sun.
First Wheatear of the year for me, with 3 seen around the small dune area just beyond the yacht club car park and 3 Little Egret on the pools.
A couple more Wheatear seen briefly along Fitties sea defence bank, before flying inland. Plus a few hundred Redwing south and c500 more also heading south behind Thorpe Park golf course around midday.
