Hi,

I arrived at the reserve this morning at around 0845 to find c350 redwings gathering in the hedgerow and feeding on the wet grassland. Within minutes all headed off down the track towards the sea.

Cheers,

Simon.

Highlights of a 2 hour visit were

10 Pintail
4 Ringed Plover
5 Ruff
3 Swallows
1 Sand Martin

Lesser Scaup still present at Frieston although it took two trips for me to locate it today. Glad I went back though. The bird was sleeping on the bank of the reservoir on the wet grassland.

Also

6 Pintail
4 Swallow
1 Goldcrest
