Post subject:  Swanpool/Boultham mere 15/04.
Highlight of two complete circuits of patch was:-
1 adult Kittiwake resting on "goalposts" at mere, flew off after about 40 minutes, this is my first record at the mere since 29/03/2007.

Also recorded:-
2 Grey Partridges.
2 Buzzards.
Water Rail heard.
1 Kingfisher.
c15 Sand Martins.
c8 Swallows.
1 House Martin.
3 Willow Warblers.
7 Chiffchaffs.
1 Treecreeper.
