Two Hobbies hawking insects over the mere this afternoon. This was my 100th species for the patch this year. Still no Cuckoo, Common Tern or Swift. |

Snap I have only just recorded Sedge Warbler on my patch at Anwick Fen Andy - also my 100th species for this year. Other birds of note where 3 Wheatear and Little Egret Other birds noticeable by their absence - Swift, House Martin, Garden Warbler and Reed Warbler, Cuckoo & Turtle Dove |
