On way along A18 spotted a Buzzard over Sweeting Thorns.

Bonby Carrs: 16.00 - 18.25

Gulls - c1000
Buzzard - 2
Mallard - 12
Corvid - c40
Yellowhammer - 3m 2f
Little Egret - 2
Pied Wag - 2
Yellow Wag - 2
Linnet - 1
Swallow and H Martins
Corn Bunting - 1 (heard)
Reed Bunting - 2
Great Tit - 1

Worlaby Carrs: 18.35 - 19.30

Kestrel - 2
Buzzard - 1
Meadow Pipit - 2
Whitethroat - 1
Reed Bunting - 2
Linnet - 1
Mallard - 1
Goldfinch - 2
Swallow, H Martin, W Pigeon and corvids.
Not only has the far field had an "haircut" the tall trees on the left side and the small trees on the right going west along the lane have as well, thankfully at present the hawthorns haven't.

Manton: 20.00 - 20.20

Buzzard - 1
Kestrel - 1
RL Partridge - 2
Corvids and W Pigeons.

MSQ: 20.40 - 21.40

Common Tern - 3
Tawny Owl - 1
Midges - millions of the blighters :twisted:

The day started well, then dipped a little at W, then got even better at M and better still at the end of our day. :wink:
