marsh harrier today down at wasps nest along with a few white throats in the hedges, spotted fly catcher nesting in sudbrook woods and plenty of birds at fiskerton scrapes which include, common tern 4 Egyptian geese 4 redshank 3 curlew 2 teal widgeon coot moorhen shelduck tufted duck , pied wagtail reed bunting 1 yellow wagtail egrets herons and lots of lapwing and chicks wandering about lesser stag beetle in scothern great crested grebe and others at fiskerton fen. not an exhaustive list but you get the idea

Can I suggest that in future if anyone wants to give advice to the new members they do it by PM, we don't want to drive new members away just because they don't know the forums etiquette :wink:
