Grainthorpe Haven 12th July:
Curlew, 36 Whimbrel, 2 Greenshank, 2, Dunlin, 2 Redshank, in creeks Little egret, 6 Shelduck, 2 pairs 18 young Oystercatcher, 260+ and at least 3 pairs.
Howden's Pullover 1000hrs onwards at high tide.
Arctic skua, 1 ad dark phase Sandwhich tern, 35 with several juvs. Little tern, 2 Ringed plover, 1....no breeding success again. Curlew, 106 Whimbrel, 2 Bar-tailed godwit, 2 Turnstone, 7 Knot, 8-S Sanderling, 40-S Dunlin, 67-S Gannet, 2 Little egret, 8 Common scoter, 36_S Starling, feeding flock 400+ Pergrine, 1 Yellow wagtail 8+ juvs.
