A nice selection of birds at Gib today, particularly on Jacksons Marsh where there were the following-

1 Little Stint
2 Spotted Redshank
5 Greenshank
1 juv Ruff
2 Green Sandpipers
8 Snipe
Numerous Black-tailed Godwit
Avocets
Lapwings
Redshanks
Little Egret

Tennysons
4 Little Ringed Plover
10 Golden Plover

Mere
5 Green Sandpipers
1 Wood Sandpiper - reported by others

Elsewhere - 7 Whinchat and several Willow Warblers, although passerines seemed in fairly short supply.

We arrived just before noon and did not go to the Wash viewing area so missed the big numbers of waders at the morning high tide roost.
