Post subject:  Donna Nook, 28th August.

Most migrants had departed from the south end overnight. All I could find in the fog which persisted until midday were 7 Willow Warblers, 10 Common Whitethroats, a Lesser Whitethroat, a Garden Warbler, 2 Common Redstarts, a Spotted Flycatcher, a Whinchat and a Wheatear. Also of note were 5 Green Sandpipers, 2 Common Sandpipers, 9 Common Snipe, Yellow-legged Gull, Common Buzzard and Marsh Harrier.
